Having an established business with 200 clients we here at Premier wanted to find ways to present ourselves more and more professionally to advisors as well as our current and potential clientele. The website appeared the viable starting point and after a 15 minute discussion with Sam I was made to understand that the current offering was not servicing the business objectives.

All in the space of a few weeks Sam was able to construct a new site which gives our business professionalism and a selling mechanism. I was wrapped with the structure and images presented to me by Sam after the 15 minute initial consultation which fitted our target market ideally. He was immediately able to grasp an understand of the industry and our offerings within it.

By clearly presenting our services on our home page I’m certain potential clients will immediately determine that Premier can fulfil their requirements and I look forward to gauging the success that I know the new site will have in taking Premier to that next level as a financial services provider.

When I first met Sam and Zeyad at Netfusion, I was in a very bad way.  I had already paid other web designers to do my website but the cost had completely gotten out of control.  In addition, these web designers were very deceptive about their costs and sneaky (they refused to give quotes, they were very dishonest about their charges and then they handed me such an exorbitant bill almost 2 years later – I was floored!).   It left me with such debt… don't even ask!  Even now, I estimate it will take me more than two years to pay back (1 year later)!

Netfusion was one of the companies I had initially interviewed to help me at the time where I was struggling with the legal system to get my websites back!  Out of all the companies I interview, nobody matched the level of expertise, service and genuine helpfulness of Sam and Zeyad at Netfusion. 

In fact, I would have to say that both Sam and Zeyad have taken every opportunity to help me whenever it has arisen and instead of waiting to be asked, they have jumped right in and pin-pointed situations long before these situations could even become problematic. 

In particular, Sam has been very patient with me as I have had to learn certain aspects of web design myself (as well as a whole range of other skills) so that I could continue with my websites. 

Not only has he taught me the outline of what he suggested, but whenever he has discovered I needed something else – he has also identified it quickly and taught me what I needed to know – before I encountered the next problem!! 

In the short time (1 yr) that I have known Sam, he has come up with such incredible and simple solutions to the very messy situation I was facing with my websites.

I have found both Sam and Zeyad to be a very simple but highly ethical company to deal with.  In an industry where a lot of designers like to baffle people with techno-jargon and often tell complete and utter lies… Sam and Zeyad have been a pleasure to deal with.  Not only are they easy to work with, they are transparent and honest in all their dealings and this has been a Godsend! 

I recommend the services that Sam and Zeyad at Netfusion provide to anyone!

Our company website www.backupsystems.com.au is in Joomla, and just prior to launching a marketing drive, we realised that we needed some major changes to the overall "look and feel". We were referred to netFusion by another company, and Zeyad offered to take on the fixup as an emergency job. He listened to our requirements and gave us a couple of options for how to proceed, balancing the cost against the speed of completion and the ability to manage any changes more easily in the future.

We got a fixed-price quote from netFusion, against a fixed schedule of the design work. At every stage of the work we were offered several options as to the appearance of our site, the text layout, graphics used, typography, colouring etc, and netFusion worked quickly to implement our selections. We were very pleased with the final result: a website that now reflects the high-tech nature of our business, and one that we are proud to direct our potential clients to.

I live over 1200 kilometres from Sydney. We used a combination of email, internet and telephone to construct Connect Country.
